Please note the residential building does not allow at any time alcoholic bevarages or smoking in the shared spaces this includes: The pool area, The Gym, The game room, The bbq area, The outside and inside Lounges, The parking lots and most importantly the prayer room. 2. Kindly note there are Residents and other Guests in the building please be mindful not to cause excessive Noise. 3. Only Registered Guests Are Allowed. No booking on behalf of other people unless discussed and identified prior with host. (Kindly Note If There Is More Occupants In The Home Than Specified In The Listing There Will Be A Guest Fine Of 25$ Per Guest.) 4. Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity. 5. No Shoes Inside The Home Please. We have provided indoor slippers kindly feel free to use them. 6. No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance. 7. Kindly treat this as your own home. Any Damages done while checked in, Will Be Billed To The Guest. 8. Please try to Turn Lights Off when away from premises. 9. Unfortunately No Pets are allowed in the building. 10. A Fee For A Lost Key and Access Card Will Be Applied If Lost or Misplaced. 11. Kindly Note All Items In The Home Especially The Kitchen Have Been Counted And Any Item Removed From The Premises Upon Check Out Will Be Charged To The Guest.
