This is a step-by-step mobile user guide on how you can list your property on Homes & Cribs
Step 1-Register And Log In
When on the home page, go to either Register or Become A Host to sign up and start listing your property.
Step 2-Add New Listing
Once you register, log back in and go to the “Add New Listing” on the users menu and follow the simple and easy steps of creating and submitting your listing.
Step 3-Details
Fill in and select your listings information on the details section and once done, continue to the next step.
Step 4-Pricing
Fill in your Nightly rate and pricing preferences on the pricing section. Once done, continue to the next step.
Step 5-Images
Upload your listings images and select the star icon on the image which you want to be your main image. Then continue to the next step
Step 6-Features
Select and set all the respective features that are available on your listing and then continue to the next step.
Step 7-Location
Enter your listings approximate location and select from the drop down list that appears when you start typing. Then continue to the next step.
Step 8-Bedroom
Set your bedroom details and make sure to click add a room if it has two or more bedrooms. Then continue to the next step.
Step 9-Terms and Rules
Set your hosting terms and rules including your refund and cancellation policy. Then click submit to finalize on your listing.
Congratulations!
Your listing has been created. It will be approved within 15 minutes. Check on your email or go to “My Listings” section on your user menu to find your published listings details. You can now start receiving bookings through Homes & Cribs.
